How commissions work
Where does the commission come from?
Your commission comes from the performance fee the fund charges — not from your referral's pocket. The fund takes 25% of profits above the high-water mark; your referral commission is paid out of that fee. Your referral's returns are unaffected. Commissions start once they have funded their account (from $100) and are making profit.

- Your referral invests $1,000 and their account makes $100 profit this month
- The fund's 25% performance fee = $25
- Your Level 1 commission (10% of profits), paid out of that fee = $10
