One1Capital allocates investor capital to a proprietary trading system. Trading results are recorded at the end of each trading day and can be positive or negative. There is no guarantee of profit and you may lose some or all of your capital.

Past performance, including any track record, statistics or charts presented on this website, does not guarantee or reliably indicate future results. Historical daily ranges are descriptive only and are not targets or promises.

Performance fees are calculated daily on net new profit above a high-water mark. Periods of losses must be recovered before further fees are charged, but losses still reduce your profit balance.

Funding and withdrawals are made in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. Network fees, confirmation delays and incorrect addresses can affect the value you send or receive. Transfers sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered.

Capital withdrawals require seven (7) calendar days of liquidation notice and are subject to administrator approval. Liquidity may be constrained in stressed market conditions.

These terms govern your use of the One1Capital platform. By opening an account you confirm you have read the risk disclosure and that the information you provide during onboarding is complete and accurate.

Accounts are opened only after identity verification (KYC), proof of address and source-of-funds review. Professional investors may also provide accreditation confirmation, and companies provide company registration, beneficial-ownership and board documents; these requirements are the same on every tier. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email.

Fees: no management fee is charged. A performance fee of 25% of daily net new profit is charged at the end of each trading day, subject to a high-water mark. Profits are credited to a separate profit balance and do not compound into capital.

Withdrawals: your profit balance may be withdrawn on any day, subject to approval. Capital withdrawals require a 7-day liquidation notice followed by approval and payout to a whitelisted wallet.

We may suspend accounts where required by law or where we reasonably suspect fraud, sanctions exposure or misuse.

One1Capital is the controller of personal data processed through this platform. We process identity, contact, financial and verification data to provide the service and meet anti-money-laundering obligations.

Identity documents and verification data are retained for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulation, then securely deleted.

We share data only with verification providers, custodial and blockchain-analytics service providers, auditors and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations, by contacting our support team.
